Our customer success manager will help our clients transition into and navigate the world of Wishpond once they have signed up. The successful candidate will act as an advocate for Wishpond and as a liaison to the client to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.

- Customer advocacy
- Client onboarding
- Regular health checks
- Renewals and upsells
- Account escalations
